Spa Crystal offers luxurious, results driven spa services. Our goal is to ensure that you leave your session feeling refreshed & renewed! All services are performed by a licensed & skilled professional. COVID-19 POLICY: Ensuring the safety of our guests & practitioners is our top priority. We utilize CDC guidelines for infection control to provide the safest possible environment for our guests. For the safety & protection of all, the following will be enforced: • Staff must wear a face mask for the face up portion of all services. In addition to a face mask, gloves will be worn during all skincare services. • Spa Crystal is a one room spa suite. In an effort to maintain social distancing, we ask that you refrain from bringing any additional guests to your appointment. Consultation, time to complete necessary client forms & redress are included in the service time.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A retainer is required for all reservations. Retainers are deducted from your service total. Should you need to reschedule your session, we ask that you do so within 48 hours by phone, text or email. ONE reschedule is permitted before forfeiting your retainer. Late cancellations and No Call/ No Shows are subject to a 50% cancellation fee (less the retainer if applicable). If you are running late to your appointment, you will be charged for the service(s) scheduled in full regardless of the time remaining. Depending on the service(s) scheduled, you may be required to reschedule, in which case the late cancellation policy will apply.
